1. What is the cost involved?We offer month-to-month packages starting from R299, with no contracts or setup fees. What is a domain?A domain is the name of the website that will get typed into search engines, example: www.webpartner.co.za3. I already have a registered domain, now what?We can either transfer the domain to us, as hosting is included, but should you prefer to stay with your current service provider, we can point the domain to our server.4. What is domain pointing?Domain pointing simply refers to the domain name remaining where it's registered, but implementing a few DNS changes so the domain displays on the new server where we’ve designed the website once it's live.5. What happens if I want to cancel?You can cancel at any time, we only require a 30-day notice period. After the 30 day period, the website and emails will be deactivated.6. How long does it take?Our turnaround time is 5 working days.7. Can we choose from different templates?Every website is custom designed, we recommend that you send us links to designs, layouts and colour schemes you like, as these can be used as a guide when we design your website.8. Does it include a logo as well?No, our monthly packages do not include a logo. If you need a professional logo, we have graphic designers who can assist with the logo design.9. What’s the difference between a .co.za and a .com?.com is generally defined as the global (international) domain extension, while .co.za is the local (South African) extension. Either can be used when registering your domain name and are subject to availability.10. Do you design in Wordpress?Yes, our core platforms are Wordpress and Joomla.11. Will I have access to the website?Yes, however, should anything go wrong, we cannot take responsibility for the website being down. We will only be able to restore the website to a backed up date of when the website was still in working condition.12. What happens if I need changes to be made to the website?Our packages include 1-hour FREE maintenance per month, any changes can be sent on to your dedicated project manager.13. What is meant by mobile-friendly?Mobile-friendly refers to your website’s ability to be able to function and display on mobile devices and tablets.14. Where should my website be hosted?Hosting and domain registration is included in the monthly fee.15. I don’t have proper content, what should I do?We offer content writing at a reasonable rate, our in-house content writer will guide you through the content requirements.16.
